Welcome to Hummingbird House, where you can rest and relax in your own container home in the country. We have designed two containers with your comfort in mind. Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. If you want to wander to Round Top, Lockhart (Best BBQ in TX) Smithville (aka Hope Floats movie) COTA Race track, or a trip into Austin.

Come relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Located just outside of Austin where you can get out of the city and spend some time in the peace and quiet, yet be able to drive to downtown Austin in 25 minutes or less. If you go the opposite direction to Lockhart you can get Texas's best BBQ!! Enjoy this newly remodeled space that includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a queen size bed. Hang out in the living room watching TV or enjoy the Texas nights in the private Hot tub!

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled, relaxing home away from home Central Texas open-concept retreat. A fully furnished kitchen for family dining and baking is at your disposal. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

Originally built in 1908 this centrally located Victorian home boasts 12 ft ceilings and ample natural light. Designed for relaxing and gathering, our house is less than 1 mile from all things fun in Lockhart - First Friday, live music, world-class BBQ joints, Best Little Wineshop, bars, restaurants, and art. We are 30 min. from Austin, 25 min. from the outlet mall, and Texas State, 20 min. from races and concerts at COTA, and 15 min. from tubing the San Marcos River.
