Welcome to the Ventnor “Catch A Wave” Home. 6 bdrm, 2 full bath home, with plenty of room for the whole family including pets. The house features a great layout with a full bath on each living floor. Not a 'Party House'! Can accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 kids. Adults must share queen beds. Primary renter must be over 28 yrs of age. Weekend rentals available off season. "In season rental" 7 days min: Saturday check in and check out. Rental of more than 14 days- extra cleaning fees apply.

Beach bungalow four blocks to a beautiful beach, one block to the bay. Four bedrooms: twins in first, Queen in second, Queen and crib in third, Queen and en suite full bath in fourth. Another full bathroom in the common hallway and a half bath in the back entry, 2.5 total. Bikes, basic food, coffee, tea, surfboard,toys, games, kitchen and paper supplies. Near beach, bay, free fishing dock and kayak/SUP launch, light houses and birding. Bring your own linens please. No pet or cleaning fee.

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem).
