Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Enjoy a quiet stay while you play at Lake Texoma! This lil camper is situated in a quiet area with a beach just 1/2 mile away. It sleeps four people comfortably with an “rv queen” bed and two "rv twin" bunk beds. You’ll stay comfortable with air conditioning, an extendable awning for shade, and outdoor seating area with a table, fire pit, and bbq. Fast WiFi! The neighborhood has a boat ramp and a beach with large grass covered play area. Dining and a marina 1 mile away. Walmart delivery.

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Sip coffee while you sit in the hot tub or enjoying the fire pit. Cabin is cozy, sleeps 4, full kitchen, bath and laundry. You are off the grid. Time to breath. We are NOT pet friendly

Gated 5 acres property that is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.
