North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. The clear water is ideal for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding, with many amenities included in your stay. Fish include panfish, bass, walleye, northern pike, and a few musky. Located near thousands of acres of federal, state, and county public lands, this area offers an abundance of wildlife and year-round outdoor recreational opportunity.

You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

Sportsman's Getaway is centrally located between several great fishing and hunting spots! There are lots of activities for the non-sports person as well. Bring the whole family! This property is located in Donald, WI. It now has a population of 0 and is no longer on the map. There are trains that go by at all hours, otherwise it is quite peaceful. There is 1 acre of land, a patio set and a fire pit to enjoy outside. The house is cozy but has all that you'll ever need. We hope you see you soon!

The Carriage House

Find the perfect getaway in this charming 1916 carriage house near the heart of downtown Ladysmith. Built on the spacious grounds of the historic Smith mansion, it boasts a full kitchen, spacious living room with a queen hideabed, queen bed in bedroom, and three season porch looking out to the private back yard, fire pit and woods beyond. The Memorial Park, just across the street, includes sandy beach, fishing dock, boat launch, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, and snowmobile trail.

Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Whether you want to fish, kayak, hit the trails or just relax, this cabin is perfectly located with something for everyone.

Flaming Torch Lodge

This is a quaint little cabin on the Flambeau River just outside of Ladysmith, WI (flambeau translastes to flaming torch) It is a clean space with rustic charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen, stove and fridge. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Snuggle up on the sofa or recliner, turn on the fireplace, and relax. There is one bedroom with a memory foam mattress. A loft with a sleeper couch. Free amenities, including cleaning. No pets and no smoking at any time please.

With a queen bedroom, sitting room/guest room with a futon and cable tv, bathroom with shower, and a complete kitchen, it is a cozy retreat for a couple or single traveler looking for privacy and relaxation. The cottage is located on Wilson Lake, part of Phillips Chain of Lakes. There is a small beach area with a wonderful fire pit with free fire wood, picnic bench and swim raft located on the property. We offer use of our Canoes, Kayaks and a paddle board free of charge to all guests.

Nestled on Lake La Verne, our cozy cabin promises serene family getaways. It rests on a dead end road, enveloped by tall pine and oak trees for privacy. Relax on the porch, taking in panoramic lake views, or venture to nearby shops and restaurants. Evenings are for fireside tales under starlit skies.

Seeley Oaks A-Frame | Secluded Retreat on 40 Acres

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. At 700sq ft, it's intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids.
