Just a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, this 1940's cottage boasts modern amenities with a perfect combination of historic charm and displays views of the water from the front porch swing. Being just a 3 minute drive to historic downtown Swansboro and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle, the options are endless making this the perfect spot for any vacation!

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard!
