The Cottage at Benedict Farms

The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Little cabin on the Brazos

Enjoy a rustic cabin in the country with access to the beautiful Brazos River. Cabin is one large room with a queen bed in the loft and a full size sleeper sofa. Outside area includes a covered front porch with an enclosed back porch containing a relaxing swing and small table. Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for a relaxing evening in the peace and quiet from the city. Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 16 miles to downtown Waco, Magnolia Silos, and McLane Stadium. **No pets**

Sun Perch with Brazos River Access

This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. Enjoy views of the peaceful river and abundant wildlife while relaxing on the deck and sipping your favorite beverage. The deck has outdoor seating, a grill, fire pit and an ice cooler. The cabin is comfortably equipped with a queen bed and queen sofa for a restful sleep. Other items include a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric griddle.

Brazos Shores- Spectacular 4 Bedroom House

Brazos Shores Guest House sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Enjoy the beautiful master suite with a craftsman style bed, double sinks and a jet tub. The bedroom next to master has a twin+crib, and is decorated for children so you can keep your little ones close by. The two upstairs bedrooms each have farmhouse style queen beds and are connected by a loft sitting area which offers stunning views of neighboring farms and ranches along the Brazos. 12 minute drive to Baylor and Magnolia.

Fixer Upper Season 3 - The German Schmear House

Tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area, our home will be the space you need to have fun and relax. You will be centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and not far at all from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. This newly renovated space provides you with a big open living area, a spacious backyard, four cozy bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. For those wanting to retreat and for those wanting to entertain, we have the place for you.

The Farm at Shady Acres

The Farm at Shady Acres is located 12 miles from Waco, only 20 minutes from downtown Waco and the Magnolia Silos and 15 minutes from historic West, Texas. Shady Acres offers an 1100 square foot one bedroom home with two queen beds, one bath and a large open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The Farm at Shady Acres is perfect for all Baylor sporting events and activities, fans of Fixer Upper, workshops at Homestead Heritage, Westfest and any and all Waco events.

The Eagles Nest

The Eagles Nest is located in a quiet rural neighborhood in China Spring , Texas on Eagle Canyon Drive. It is a beautifully unique, hand crafted cabin. Rustic luxury at its finest. It's a stand alone one bedroom, one bath cabin with access to a fire pit and hot tub located behind the main house.
