Located in Sandestin Resort on a quite enclave framed by Florida pines and the fairways of The Links Course, your own personal balcony on the third floor serves as the perfect viewpoint of the Bay. Guests and children will enjoy our relatively low nightly rates but also have access to all the amenities Sandestin has to offer (Beach, golf, tennis, water-sports, spa, nature trails, many kids activities, dining, shopping).

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Carriage House 1.5 bed/1 bath located off 30A

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.
