Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners (your hosts) live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy. You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops. It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse. And about a 30-minute drive from West Chester, Pa. The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. It also has a spacious living room which comfortably seats 4. You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife. We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. My goal is to create a romantic getaway experience, the barn that the loft is in is visible from our house but we have done our best to make the space private.
