Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Listen to the birds and wildlife on the back patio overlooking a preserved farm acreage. When not using the home for our family, we love to share it with others to experience a place to gather.

Close by: Kingfisher Resort and Spa is a 5 minute drive away for pampering yourself with a good meal or spa treatments. Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

Our studio suite has its own entrance and patio under a pergola with a view of fruit trees and expansive gardens on 1.25 acres of privacy. Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi.
