This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The bedspread is washed between guests to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean.

Boston, skiing, the beach and the #1 most hiked mountain in the world are all about an hour away.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood of older homes surrounded by woodlands yet conveniently located downtown, a half mile from our village green (Milford Oval). Come get away to Echo Hill Farm, a traditional New England-style farm built in 1782. With a private entrance into the guest suite you can come and go as you please during your stay. Relax in the living room with a cup of coffee, while you watch fish jump in the pond behind the house. Centrally located, the mountains, the lakes region or the ocean are only an hour away from this quiet locale. There's even a farm-based Brewery 0.5 miles down the road with Pleasant Lake only 2.5 miles.

With a full, bathroom, kitchenette, and a queen-size bed this space offers lots for the solo traveler, couple, or small family. We provide a smart TV for relaxing and a desk for more serious matters. This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Rustic Log Cabin on Pawtuckaway Lake

Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.
