Attractive screened back porch with stylish patio. Huge yard for parking large vehicles and trailers. Shaded trees. Minutes to Publix ,Walmart, restaurants, and Hospital. Home includes one King and three queen beds. Cozy sectional sofa that may sleep more. Totally renovated baths.

We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. Welcome to the Country Villa, a peaceful, two bedroom one and a half bathroom house built in 2007 by Italian snowbirds. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical trees and plants. There are bird of paradise, bougainvilleas and avocado trees to name a few... The villa is situated in the middle of almost two acres so there's plenty of room for your boat or horse trailer. *This is a no TV home* but there is Wi-Fi so come relax and unwind!
