This is a largely undiscovered part of Berwickshire yet the beautiful Borders towns of Kelso, Melrose and Peebles are less than an hour’s drive away while the centre of Edinburgh is but a little over an hour distant by car. The beautiful east coast beaches are in as little as 30 mins.

Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages.
