Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor.
