The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

The property features a very large garden and swimming pool where children can play to their heart’s content, and the covered terraces are a real bonus. During the colder months, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge of €275.00 per week.
