A beautiful modern house, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lyme Regis and 10 minutes walk downhill to the beach. This upside down house has a wonderful open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto a balcony offering a ‘sea glimpse’. It has off-road parking, a bonus in this central location. Perfect for couples or families looking for a holiday in this seaside town; enjoy days on the beach, fossil hunting and walking on coastal footpaths or through lovely countryside.

With an original high stone wall semi circling a small but majestic garden with views of Lyme Regis. Named Seahorse for nearly 250 years, located in the famous Sherborne Lane which dates to Saxon times and only a few mins walk from the artisan shops, high street and beach.

St Vincent's - sea views, off road & dog friendly

My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

Welcome to charming Lion Cottage minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Beer village and its lively high street but nestled in a peaceful and relaxing location. Perfect for a holiday or weekend break for a family of 4 or a couple ( two bedrooms , one room with a double bed and a smaller space with bunk beds). Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.
