We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda and hammocks. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
