Relax on coldl evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

This apartment has been completely renovated in a fresh modern style. It is a great space for a couples getaway, girls weekend or extended stays. Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.

This space is nestled in the northern outskirts of Saint Charles, one block from a large gorgeous park (River Bend Community Park), and the Fox River Bike Trail. This is a 750 SF apartment, and is one of two in a duplex building (both units are on airbnb). There are no shared indoor spaces and the apartment has its own exterior entrance.
