The cabin in situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons close to the market town of Abergaveny, with walks, Cycle rides including mountain biking, cold water swimming. The cabin as heating on at all times, but if you want that wow factor, light up the log fire and just relax. (If you have never lit a log burner we can show you how to do it)

Outside there is a large decked area with seating and a wood fired pizza oven. There is a separate fire pit area perfect for sitting around and toasting marshmallows or cooking on. The highlight has to be relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with trees all around you, bliss! Inside there's everything you'll need for a relaxing, romantic getaway!

An internal bathroom with double size power shower will ensure a luxurious experience. Its character wood stove will keep you cosy all year round. The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

It is an ideal base for a week's exploration of South Wales, or a long weekend away if visiting Usk or it's surroundings. The cottage has one standard size double bedroom as well as a smaller bedroom which is equipped with a "small" double bed. Recently refurbished throughout, this cottage is a perfect home away from home (and has an off-street parking space).

Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.

A cosy and tranquil converted stable in our courtyard, perfect for a weekend getaway among the Welsh countryside. We are close to so many incredible places to visit and are a short drive away to good restaurants, pubs and shops. We provide a freshly made loaf of bread on arrival and milk, butter and home made marmalade & jam. Also tea and coffee. There is also a pub serving good within walking distance.

Self catering cottage, originally built in the 1800's, restored and extended to provide a high standard of accommodation. Set in private gardens with outstanding views across the Usk valley. The garden area provides 2 large decked viewpoints, Private parking. The property has retained it's original stone spiral staircase which might prove difficult for guests with mobility issues or the very young.
