Welcome to our weekend home, located in a quiet Mystic residential neighborhood. It's the perfect base for enjoying everything the Connecticut Shore has to offer. It's only a 5 minute drive to downtown Mystic, 15 minutes to Stonington, and 25 minutes to the casinos and RI beaches. Minutes away is Noank, where you get some of the best lobster. Drive a little further and enjoy the Connecticut River towns of Essex, Chester, and East Haddam. A great place to make memories with family and friends.

Water Forest Retreat Hiker's Haven is a very private semi off grid electrified and heated tiny house just steps away from a brook nestled on 56 acres of lush forest. Enjoy the water views inside from the many windows or out on the deck or firepit area. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a pond, marsh and small waterfall. Two bedrooms sleep four (queen and two twin beds); new, well-equipped kitchen and one bath, open living area, deck and patio. Light and spacious. Working fireplace, central A/C; W/D; expanded cable TV and wifi; off street parking for two cars. Market/deli nearby; pleasing walk (less than a mile from center of Mystic)- restaurants, shops, marinas, etc. Near Amtrak station. Great retreat!

Romantic Seaside Cottage in Mystic

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.
