Great location as there are lots of amenities in the area: shopping (Uptown Mall, and Mayfair Mall) grocery stores (Walmart, Save-On-Foods and Whole Foods). Biking: Next to galloping goose trail which is Victoria's biggest bike trail. Close to both major highways in Victoria and close to bus routes to get around with ease. Unit is about 400 square feet, fully furnished with all the essentials so less packing needs to be done.

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall. Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"
