The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The Red Rooster House is located at 52 Church St. in the Historic / Commercial district of downtown Saluda. With a short walk of 200 feet, you'll be on Main Street. We welcome non-smokers, guests without children, guests over 25 and guests traveling without pets. Our totally ground level apartment provides easy accessibility. Your private parking space is directly in front of the courtyard entrance. The host lives on the premises and will assist guests at any time.
