For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Being centrally located to all the essentials, the Rockin’ N is great for special occasions, getaways (30 minutes from San Antonio) and work (especially extended stays)! Whether coming to play, work or relax, you will relive the romance of a simpler life.

Luxury Camper on 60 Acre Ranch with a Fishing Pond

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Kick back and have a favorite beverage around the campfire. We have accommodations for fishing, just take a short drive to the back of the ranch to the pond. Pond is stocked with bluegill perch and bass... fun, fun, fun! If you're a bird hunter, Dilley is known for it's white wing dove and quail. Just want to do some fun shooting, get some target practice in at our shooting target range.

Chill out and relax in this lovely studio inspired by a green house with living plants as well as faux ones. The retro furniture, green walls, and pink curtains give this place a kitschy vibe. The newly installed grey flooring also gives it this modern twist. Listing offers high speed internet. The enclosed porch let's you have outside hangs, no bugs. Also featured on porch is a repurposed wood chandelier for not so abrasive lighting.

The Cozy Travel Trailer

Come stay in the Hill Country... A large 32 foot, travel trailer nestled under oak trees. Private bedroom with a queen bed. Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. An instruction sheet is on the desk as you walk in that should answer any questions you might have. Hope to see you soon!

An air mattress can also be set up in the living room to sleep extra guests who don’t mind sharing cozy quarters.

Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
