Long term stays incur a $100 cleaning every two weeks.

Kerrville Getaway is an all electric ground floor apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac,2 miles off IH-10 and with off street parking for 2 vehicles. It is in the city of Kerrville close to parks, restaurants, golfing , wineries , James Avery Jewelry tours, and the Guadalupe River. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.
