After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Home-cooked ready meals are available in the fridge or freezer when you arrive. Message when you book and we can supply details. The Welcome pack's a big hit.

Stable Lodge, a self contained country retreat.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however complimentary breakfast items are included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

The Side Saddle Hideaway

Quirky copper exterior, reclaimed wood ceilings and forget-me-not blue features. The Hideaway is a luxury retreat, tucked away in the tranquil village of Twyford and surrounded by Leicestershire’s idyllic countryside. With both traditional and contemporary stylings, this hideaway combines exposed features with luxury finishes and a bedroom purpose-built for stargazing, making this a year-round favourite. Sun kissed courtyard, please note for those with dogs that this is hard landscaped.

The Garden House II at Top View

A private, single storey, self-contained home with secure parking for 3 cars behind electric gates plus rapid EV charging. The Garden House offers two large, king sized double bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Spacious and light, up a short, private driveway in the heart of the village with a south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for children.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Modern Stable Conversion

Situated in the beautiful countryside of rural Leicestershire, this modern converted stable will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings, whilst staying in a contemporary guesthouse. The property includes complimentary tea and coffee, and the free use of a Nespresso machine, sky TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Tesla/EV charger is also available to use at extra cost. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay!

A small but perfectly formed period barn, newly converted into a stylish guest suite with double bedroom and en suite shower room. Bluetits barn is situated on Church Lane in the centre of this exclusive village offering access to the many footpaths and bridleways in the vicinity. The highly regarded Ashby Arms pub/restaurant is within easy walking distance. Leicester city centre 7 miles; Melton Mowbray 10 miles, Market Harborough 15 miles.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two king size bedrooms. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Mayfield - 1 bedroom annexe flat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private annexe flat with its own access. Open plan kitchen and living area. Separate dining area. 1 bedroom with zip link beds, can either be twin or superking. Bathroom with shower. Hallway. Access to washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer on request. Lockable storage for push bikes on request. Outside patio area.

Cosy cottage in peaceful location

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.

Shepherd's Rest

Set on a working sheep farm in the heart of England surrounded with beautiful countryside. Cottage adjoins the 16th century farmhouse with period features including exposed beams, oak floors, wood burner and an iron double bed. Village pub nearby.
