Small one bedroom cabin located 15 minutes away from Uvalde on the way to Concan. in a quiet country subdivision. Comfortable interior, recently constructed with one queen bed and a futon. Exterior is a work in progress, still needs yard work done. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area and river locations.

A beautiful view from the front porch looking out to the hills. We don't have TV. Great wifi. Uvalde is 10 miles away with antiques to shop...HEB grocery store is a great place to get your groceries.. Stop by Farm Fresh Beef (our business) and Open Range. Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
