Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

Βρίσκεται στο Καλό Λιβάδι έναν οικισμό με 30 σπιτάκια και ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια, χωρίς καταστήματα και εστιατόρια. Ιδανικό για όσους επιζητούν να απολαύσουν τον ήλιο και τη θάλασσα, την ηρεμία και την ξεκούραση. Για να φτάσετε από το λιμάνι θα πρέπει απαραίτητα να διαθέτετε μέσο μετακίνησης και να οδηγήσετε για 25 λεπτά. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία του νησιού

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
