5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

On the ground floor with private front door and a patio with garden facing southwest to enjoy great views across the village and mountains. Perfect place to relax after enjoying all the local surroundings of Flims / Laax / Falera including the lakes, the Rhine, forest and of course the mountains at any time of year.
