In addition to being able to Look down the street and view the lake, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the downtown of Brooklyn which has taverns, creameries, the cutest shops, and restaurants. The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

1 bedroom studio apartment (hotel room size), across from Round Lake. Clean and modern, with a Queen bed in bedroom. Also has a full size futon in living area separated by sliding barn door. Small kitchenette in living area with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric skillet. Studio is attached to our garage. Use of our 2 kayaks & pedal boat, plus area for swimming (no beach, but shallow and sandy). Close to MIS, walking distance to Highland Inn Restaurant.
