It's a private room with 1.5 shared bathrooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near I-5 and Highway 167. It is a two story house and the bedroom is upstairs and the full bathroom next door to the bedroom. There are near by playgrounds and ample shopping within 5-10 minutes by car. It is STREET PARKING ONLY. Park DIRECTLY in front of our house. Please do NOT park in the driveway and do NOT block the driveway. One vehicle maximum. NO MOTOR HOMES. NO TRAILERS.

Daylight Basement Apartment

Welcome to our home! We have split our home into two living spaces. We live upstairs, and this daylight basement apartment is downstairs. Two bedrooms (one king, one full), one shower, a full-sized washer and dryer, a kitchenette with full refrigerator and induction oven, and many gadgets and appliances including a 55" OLED TV in the common area for your viewing pleasure. There is a unique walkway next to the designated parking space to the private entrance and a gated backyard.

Enjoy The Lakefront Cedars Cottage with 60 feet of private waterfront access - kayaks provided! This rare little gem is a newly restored, one bedroom getaway with a modern cottage decor, simply and tastefully furnished. The cottage sits in the middle of a half acre of old growth cedar trees, viewed from each window. Work and/or play at your home away from home in peace and tranquility! (Sorry no pets, no smoking in or on the property.)

A stay here includes a private room in a 2 bedroom condo. It has a full sized bed and a smart tv. You will share a bathroom with my 8 year old son and I. During your stay you’ll have a dedicated parking space in easy view from your window. Guests are welcome to do laundry and and may use the kitchen to store food and prepare light meals.

You will like this amazing and bright place with abundant of space and privacy. 45 minutes drive to Seattle downtown. Minutes away from Lake Meridian. Close to Costco, grocery stores and numerous dining options including fast foods, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Vietnamese, Mediterranean and Hawaiian.
