Private animal-free apartment above our attached two-car garage. Share our 3-acre lake, kayak, SUP, rowboat and swim mat, yard, porch, picnic table and grill. Borrow our canoes to use on Rose Lake (100 acre-lake). Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ATV/UTVs, and snowmobiles. Access trails/routes from our place. Numerous lakes, streams, and the Wolf River near by! Seventeen miles to IAT Kettlebowl segment. Shuttling possible. We are quiet, family-friendly, God-loving, nature-respecting.

This apartment is located in a historic building near downtown area and it has a private entrance with its own patio. It has a huge front yard with fire pit, a picnic table and free parking areas.
