Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

And when you don’t fancy going out, there’s plenty of space to spread out, including a king-size bed. The flat is awaiting some minor redecoration, so there are few areas in need of cosmetic repair, but it’s clean, comfy, and priced accordingly.

You will have the whole house to yourself. The bedroom has a king size bed with mini fridge and kettle. There's a kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom and garden and another downstairs toilet. There's also a free allocated parking space. Update April 2024: Doris, the house rabbit (mentioned in the guest reviews) passed away in February, so it's it now a pet free house. The property is only 35 mins walk to the centre of the city centre and the millennium stadium.
