At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The cottage is situated within easy distance of all the village amenities and attractions, as well as the delights of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside that surrounds the village. Aldbury has two pubs serving food, a village store and post office, a church and local primary school. London Euston is 40 minutes away by train from Tring station.

A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

Our charming studio apartment has a wonderful self contained shower and kitchen area. It has its own small patio area and backs on to an amazing country park, perfect for lovely walks. We are only a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15minute walk or even shorter bus ride away from the local shopping centre and railway station (20min journey to Central London). Includes wi-fi and free parking on the street.

Idyllic lakeside Yurt

Traditional Mongolian Yurt, beautifully furnished complete with a wood burning stove to keep you warm even in mid winter. Secluded position in private grounds beside a peaceful lake teeming with ducks, geese, swans, you may even see our kingfishers. It contains a simple kitchen, and there's a private bathroom with basin, proper loo and hot shower very close by.
