Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.
