The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The Uniontown Boat View Loft is an upstairs apartment in an old duplex building, situated directly beside the Oregon coastal highway 101, giving it close access to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and the piers. The windows look over the 101, nearby businesses, the Astoria-Megler bridge, and the Columbia River, where barges pass regularly. Please keep in mind that this is an older, quirky home! Works best for travelers who want a comfy, not a modern, space.

The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
