This home is family friendly and ideal for entertaining family and friends. The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Featuring an open space with a queen size bed, a full size futon, and a cute nook with a twin bed. Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, two cooktop burners, and instant pot. A full size refrigerator/freezer completes this home-away-from-home space. Amenities include free Internet access/WiFi, an outdoor grill and a picnic table.

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

And a NEW Queen bed (Durant plush mattress on Feb. 9, '24.)

Farm View Guesthouse

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all. ** The pool is closed until about the first of April. I’ll remove this note when it’s open again.
