È possibile parcheggiare all'interno della struttura e accedere liberamente al giardino e alla terrazza/solarium (area in comune con altri ospiti). La camera è dotata di un balcone con un piccolo tavolo e 2 sedie ad uso esclusivo dell'ospite.
