Située à 700m d'altitude la bâtisse surplombe la ville de Monthey qui reste accessible en voiture en moins de 5 min. Cette situation, vous permet de profiter du calme du coteau de Choëx en restant à proximité des activités touristiques. Pour ceux qui préfèrent la mobilité douce l'arrêt des TPC : "ancienne Poste" se trouve à une minute à pied du manoir.
