The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Indian Cave Cottage is located on a mountain, in the forest, but only 5 miles from downtown Hendersonville. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The main floor is an open room with real wood floors, a rock fireplace, pool table, sitting and dining areas and kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the expansive deck. The cottage is located 20 miles from Asheville, 20 minutes from DuPont State Forest and Pisgah Nat'l Forest and 3 miles from Jump Off Rock. Come stay! Again & again!

A Vineyard & Orchard Farmhouse Stay -Wallace House

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. Beautiful architectural detail is found throughout, as well as spacious meeting areas, brightly lit rooms, and a gourmet kitchen.

Fire pit ,hot tub,and two large decks to enjoy. Gas grill , outdoor patio set and very nice swing on the deck steps that lead to the stream at the lower end of the property.
