Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Charming apartment located in the trendy Kreis 3 of Zurich. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants, shops and everything Zurich has to offer. It is a 1 bedroom apartment which I rent out while on vacation. My bedroom will be closed off while I'm not there so the apartment is essentially available as a studio. The sofa pulls out to a very comfortable bed which is where guests sleep (ideal for 1-2 people). Clean sheets, pillows and towels will be provided.
