Located in the historical town of Haxey The Piggery is part of a Grade 2 listed cottage, @ 14 Greenhill Road, Haxey. This bijou apartment has been fully renovated to a sympathetic stylish standard over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and dining table. On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy lounge area with views over the garden. In the loft is a spacious king size bed but please mind your heads on the beams.

It has private car parking and an enclosed garden (secure for one well-behaved dog). There’s one bedroom (completely separate from the additional sofa bed in the living area) so can sleep up to 4. My garden room is a self contained twin room with desk/table and small sitting area. Ensuite shower, sink and toilet. Twin beds can be put together to make superking bed. Included: Wi Fi, tea, coffee, milk. Parking for one vehicle. Room is a converted small barn with its own entrance and keys. The drive is a gravel drive - not best for high heels! - leads onto a patio area then the entrance.
