Glencoe Hollybank, Glen Etive

Ideally suited to those who enjoy seclusion and the outdoors, there are many trails and paths from outside the door, and Glencoe Mountain Ski Resort is nearby. Glenetive can get busy with tourists during the season who want to share the beautiful views and wildlife that the Glen has to offer.

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Coachman's Bothy - 50m from the beach

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

We’re also just ten minutes from Oban (the gateway to the Western Isles) and right next to the National Cycle Route from Oban to Fort William.
