The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. This quiet ground-floor garden suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The Little House

The Little House is a small studio, tucked away in the heart of old Pasco, just a few steps away from our historic home. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink (no shower). The kitchenette offers a microwave, coffee maker, small fridge and sink. The bed is full-sized. Enjoy the flavors of delicious taco trucks and Mexican bakeries. We are a short drive from miles of walking trails along the Columbia River and are easily accessible from the freeways.
