Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.
