There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Newly renovated, bright and spacious 1 bedroom flat just off the high street in Penzance. New, high quality king size bed, "hotel" style fresh cotton linens and towels. There's a fully functional kitchen, coffee machine etc and great artwork from local artists. Perfectly located and a great base to explore west Cornwall. A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

Wake up to stunning sea views overlooking the bay and St. Michael's Mount. This spacious and beautiful apartment enjoys a prime location, with Penzance town center to your right and the beach to your left. The Tate Gallery and Hepworth sculpture garden are within easy reach.

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line.
