Located in the heart of Orem, you are close to everything and yet we are in a beautifully secluded neighborhood!

Enjoy stunning views from every window in our 4-story townhome in the heart of downtown Provo. We have a high chair, Snoo (smart bassinet), pack n play, and games/toys for kids. It’s close to BYU, Sundance, and multiple event centers. We've also got a Smith's grocery store across the street.

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
