The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. Enjoy the comforts of this cosy, mid-century inspired home. This property is located in a safe-working class neighborhood in the center of Snyder, just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping. This home was the childhood home to my husband, and many of the neighbors and their families that knew him as a child still live in the neighborhood! This newly renovated property offers garage parking (without garage door) for one vehicle and outdoor parking for another.

Backyard Bungalow

Private entrance! Very clean, peaceful and centrally-located Backyard Bungalow. Enjoy an extremely comfortable room, including a comfy queen size bed, futon, Wi-fi, TV (use your own streaming service), refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave and a large walk-in shower. Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.

Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!

The cabinets are stocked with all your cooking needs. The apartment includes 2 split ac/heating units for added comfort.
