In the summer months, neighboring cows can be seen grazing the pastures beyond.

We are located off of scenic route 100 near the quaint town of Rochester, an ideal location for outdoor recreation including downhill skiing (Sugarbush and Killington ~30min drive), cross country skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, swimming, tubing and leaf peeping in the fall.
