This spacious Queenslander is located in Grahame Colyer Drive, just an easy 400m walk to the patrolled beach plus all the cafe's, restaurants and shops. Alternatively Town of 1770 is only 7km away with cycle lanes along all of the route. With modern furnishings and beautiful timber flooring throughout there are 3 generous bedrooms and a separate sun room with TV. Fully fenced with ample off street parking for a large boat and there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a long day on the beach.

Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy.
