Very private holiday house on 154 acres Approximately 1.3 km of Bottle Creek frontage. Fantastic fishing, crabbing and prawning from the block. Fully self-contained holiday house. Gentle slope from the house to the creek, watch your rod from the Patio. Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

This is a quite little hideway with ocean views, and 400metres from Oaks Beach, where turtles have being coming up to nest or a walk along the 20km beach front path to Bargara. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
