Guemes Island is a wonderland to explore and there is much to do outside: walking, hiking, bicycling, bird-watching, beach-combing, agate hunting. fishing, crabbing, clamming, swimming, boating, kayaking, and more. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to just unwind and escape from the rigors of city-living. It can also be a great jumping-off place for off-island adventures since it’s easy to get to Anacortes and points beyond.
